I want to thank you for the incredible work your organization does to uplift and support underserved communities. I made a donation because I believe in your mission—especially now, when so much is at stake. Despite what’s going on with our government and the current political climate, our minority populations deserve all the support they can get. Diversity is not just important—it’s necessary for the strength of our society, our nation, and our government. This is especially true in the face of harmful rhetoric and policies around immigration. I came to your website after seeing a post shared by Selina Lopez, and I’m grateful she helped raise awareness. I strongly believe we need more Hispanic representation—more mentors, more leaders—shaping and guiding our communities. Please keep going. Your work is vital, and it matters deeply.

About Save CORE
CORE is at risk of shutting down. Due to the current political landscape, crucial funding that sustains our work is now on pause. Without immediate support, we will be forced to close our doors — putting our vital racial equity work in jeopardy.
For years, CORE has stood alongside communities, schools, and organizations—offering anti-racism training, healing circles, and transformative spaces for collective liberation. But as racial equity work becomes increasingly politicized, partners have withheld payments for services already delivered—calling this work "too controversial."
The impact has been devastating: CORE has had to let go of a facilitator, cut back its program director’s hours, and today had a difficult conversation about no longer being able to pay its executive director. These cuts are not just financial—they threaten to silence a movement grounded in truth, justice, and love for our communities.
We urgently need your help in raising $16,000 by June 15th to continue fighting for justice, dignity, and equity in our communities.
If you believe in CORE’s mission—if this work has ever challenged you, affirmed you, or opened new possibilities for justice—please donate today. Every dollar helps keep the doors open and the work alive.
Now is the time to show up. Stand with CORE. Racial equity cannot wait.
